haha im writting again…Anyways it says that Jesus himself was baptized too in MATTHEW 3:13 and we are supposed to follow his example. Then in REVELATION 22:18-19 states that we shouldn't add things to Gods word or take away or he will take away our place in heaven. That's a scary thought. We need to take God more seriously and follow him exactly as he says with all our heart and soul.

I'm sure there are more verses to back me up but theres a lot to write about not just baptism. Again my suggestion would be to do a study on it with someone who is baptized and understands the word of God preferably a preacher from the Church of Christ because thats what God calls his church in the new testament. You should also be proud to call yourself a christian. We should be wanted to spread the word because that is what God wants. I hope you have an open mind with me and take this into consideration. If anyone wants to talk more post another comment and ill check back up…

The reason there are so many religions out there is because people believe different things but it's not right because there is only one bible that God wrote through man. People shouldn't be able to call themselves christians unless they follow the bible like is says but since lots of people just say hey im a christian and dont even act like it, thats what confuses others who actually want to do gods will. Yes ACTS 3:38 is a great example of how we should be baptized in christ. PLEASE READ ROMANS 6:1-14 It explains how being baptized is representing how jesus died and was completely buried and rose again. And that we are dead without it. MARK 16:16 says that whoever believes and is baptized will be saved. Also 1PETER 3:20 it talks about how baptism saves you.

It says that you do have to be baptized to be saved in the bible. Read it and do a study on it. You shouldn't explain things to people if you do not fully understand for yourself. Im not trying to sound mean. It's not about your opinion on things and what you want to believe, It's about doing what God says in the bible because thats what matters only. You are right that you have to try and live your life fully for God. You cant just go and sit in church you have to always put him first. We are christians and God calls those who are baptized christians in the bible.
